The franchisee is also required to successfully complete a 3-month full time Basic Operations Training Program (BOTP) at a designated Jollibee training store.
Franchise Fee and Total Investment (Philippines)
In 2017, the franchise investment feee to operate a Jollibee store in the Philippines ranges between P30 million and P40 million.This was already an increase from the P25 million to P35 million franchising fee when PinoyMoneyTalk wrote this article in 2014.The investment amount includes the construction of the store, kitchen equipment and facilities, furniture and fixtures, aircon system, signage, and pre-operating expenses. It does not include the cost of food ingredients, employee salary and wages, venue lease or rental fee, and other related expenses, all of which are to be shouldered by the potential franchise owner.
Jollibee will assist the franchisee in the recruitment and training of its management team. However, this team will be employees of the franchisee and the franchise owner will be responsible for their salaries and benefits even while on training.
